Kate + Eric: Engagement Cuddles in the Park

I first met Kate and Eric just before the 2018 holiday season, all thanks to a 2015 Jadie Bride who dropped my name as they began searching for a wedding photographer. I can’t tell you how truly flattering it is to be thought of for years to come! :)

If I’m being honest, I actually met with Kate, Eric…and her family! While a 4:1 conversation may intimidate some, I felt an immediate connection! I HAD to be their photographer! Receiving an email to let me know they chose me of course gave me the warm and fuzzies, but seemed more of a formality at that point. Yay!

So here we are - throwing together an impromptu engagement session trying to capitalize on the beauty of winter in Northeast Ohio. And OH-MY-GAHHH did it work! All the stars aligned for this session. I just knew I couldn’t be the only one who loves a winter session. Though in all reality, I know it’s Christmas that Kate truly loves, haha! But I’ll take it!

I absolutely adore the simplicity chosen - black winter accessories with Kate’s perfect pops of red against a white blanket of snow. Even a bit of a gorgeous golden glow from the sun.

Let the admiring commence!
